We are excited to announce that a brand-new multilingual mobile application has been developed as part of the SHUNTDIEM project!
The main goal of this app is to promote mutual understanding in the field of hunting tourism and to empower hunters with the digital skills needed to communicate effectively with stakeholders across borders.
What does the app offer?
Its core feature is a multilingual hunting dictionary that provides accurate translations of specialized hunting terms in the languages of all project partner countries. English serves as the base for all translations, other languages are German, Czech, Serbian, Croatian, Greek, Hungarian and Finnish. More languages will be adding in next years.
Built on the Android and iOS platform, this open-source system allows broad accessibility, even in deep forest.
The application was developed in collaboration with the Department of Systems Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.
We’ve just launched the testing phase, where we’re ironing out bugs and making final improvements. The app will be available for public download very soon — stay tuned!
