SHUNTDIEM Project Engages Czech Game Preserve Managers

On March 27, 2025, the SHUNTDIEM project was introduced at a seminar for game preserve managers held in the Zálesí preserve near Jevíčko. Organized by MIKROP ČEBÍN a.s. and supported by academic and professional partners, the event brought together specialists in wildlife management, game health, and conservation.

SHUNTDIEM's presentation highlighted the project's mission to develop responsible hunting tourism and outlined how game preserves can participate in two key ways:

  • Passively, by accessing prepared materials and subscribing to the newsletter;

  • Actively, by joining the SHUNTDIEM network and being featured on the official website.

The seminar also offered a platform to exchange expertise on topics such as wildlife behavior, impacts of predators like wolves, and current veterinary insights on hoofed game species.

We thank all participating preserve managers and experts for their engagement and look forward to building a vibrant, knowledge-sharing community focused on sustainable game management.
